Jerusalem
Jerusalem, or Al Quds, is a city with a food scene as beautiful and rich as its long history. Visiting Palestine with my sisters and cousins in 2023 was an unforgettable experience. It was late December and we were lucky enough to see as Palestinian-Christians began preparing for Christmas. As we took to Al-Aqsa mosque and admired the beauty of the Dome of the Rock, the years of history on this holy land were undeniable.
